When I couldnt log into this App... They stayed with me until I got it to work! Bob was "Awesome"

Lately it hasnt been working for me. Im able to log in, but it just keeps saying "Loading your balance information, please wait" & the screen never goes to my balance. Also, I paid for the app, so why do I have to see ads?

Doesnt even load my account info. It worked fine for awhile, but now after entering my pin all it does is say "loading balance/statement" even after hours, which ultimately drains my battery causing me to have to delete the app altogether. After reinstalling it multiple times the problem still persists. Please either fix the issue, or issue me a refund. Thanx.

I was having a problem with logging on and the rep stayed in contact with me to make sure that the issue was resolved and also checked with me the next day to make sure everything was working properly! Great Customer Service!!!

Real simple to work and set up. Been using phone to check balances and was get charged to do that. Came across this app and it worked. Had a LIL bump in the road on setting up and I emailed Bob and he immediately emailed me back within seconds. Told me exactly how to fix the problem. Im so excited to have this app. Thanks Bob. Will definitely share this app with my friends giving u 5 stars. All customer service should b prompt like your self

I use this app all the time to check my balance and it works great! So much easier then signing onto the Eppicard website! Two thumbs up!

Due to user error I had to contact customer service and he was fantastic. Very fast and informative. Highly recommend

This app is wonderful!!! Get your balance/statement at your fingertips. IPhone users, if you have an initial problem signing in, call support, Bob who was very helpful with walking me thru the process....really easy.

To the developer: I very rarely ever write a review, but this one is definitely worth my time. I really appreciate this app, thank you so much. To those considering downloading it: I was frustrated with the Eppicard website, so I decided to give this app a chance, and I am so happy that I did! It does contain an ad on the bottom but its not a deal breaker for me since Im in-an-out of the app within seconds anyway because I just want to know what my balance is. It works for child support (which I use it for) but I see it also supports unemployment benefits as well. Its really easy to set up, just enter your website login once, and then set up a 4-digit pin code for the app. Anytime I want to check my balance now, I just enter that 4-digit pin and theres my balance, thats it. Its super simple to use, and it works great. I have not had any problems with it at all. No more hassles with the lame Eppicard website! If you try it yourself, I think youll like it too. Nothing to lose but aggravation.

Updated phone, app didnt work. Email customer service had almost immediate response. And it was my phone not the app.

This is a great app and super easy to access quickly! I would LOVE an update with Touch ID for iPhone 5s-6+!!! Then I will give 5 stars for sure!!

I would like a refund please. Im unable to use the app anymore bc it claims Im using the wrong PIN. A prior message about the app being compromised has made me sketchy about it now. I no longer feel its a safe app. Please refund my money.

The app keep crushing not allowing me view my balance & I paid almost 2$ & this is the lame service fix fast

Amazing. I was a little worried but this app works wonderfully. I was very annoyed with having to call the number on the back of the card every time I needed to check my balance. This app is fantastic. Great job.
